Nectar Lounge, DMV's newest club, will host open auditions in search of the areas' best soloists, groups and bands of various genre, to join the entertainment roster for the club in 2012. The open audition is a perfect way to capture the fun and excitement Nectar Lounge will execute on a regular basis, and to discover the right mix of talent to feed the musical palette of Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia.
The auditions will be held in Nectar Lounge, Thursday, January 19th, 2012 and will be viewed by the Nectar Team Staff, media professionals, so bring your "A" game! Invite friends and fans to cheer you on and to be involved in the voting process! All guests of the evening will have an opportunity to submit their votes for their favorite acts during the night. Interested applicants can stop by Nectar Lounge in person, Tue-Fri from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm, up until January 19, 2012 to register. Registration closes at 7:00 pm January 19, 2012.

General Audition Rules & Expectations
Be professional and highly entertaining
Vocalists will be allowed 2 songs or 6 mins
Bands allowed 12-15 minutes; bring instruments. Sound & Drum kit will be provided.
Participants must be 21 or older.
Strong fan-base is a PLUS
Must be available to work at least one weekday night per month
